I Eat Pizza a Lot More Now

I run a convenience store that sells a lot of different food items. We have tried selling pizza here before, but we could never find a good vendor to supply us with the pizza and equipment that we needed. We were not able to make it from scratch ourselves, which meant that we needed to have it made elsewhere and we could just prepare it here. It was not until we tried the Donna Italia pizza oven that we finally hit upon something that the customers really liked. When we would run out, the customers were extremely disappointed, so we knew we had a hit on our hands.

It is really simple too. We did not have to invest in anything, and we were sent a small brick oven that is strictly to make the pizza. The pizza itself is great too. I don't know what kind of sauce or cheese they use, other than it is authentic to Italy, but the taste is out of this world. We were doing a fairly good business before, but since we started selling Donna Italia pizzas, we have almost doubled our daily lunch and dinner sales.

We used to cater to mostly people stopping during their travels since we also sell fuel. Lately though, we are seeing a lot of repeat customers that live locally. When they choose to come here and order whole pizzas rather than go to one of the eight pizza shops around here, you know that the pizza you are making and selling is really special. It is so simple too, and it takes virtually no training because it is so basic. The secret isn't in the preparation, but rather it is in the ingredients and the brick oven. I know I am sold, because I eat pizza a lot more now too!
